Request account and data deletion

You can request deletion of your SIMochka account and its associated personal data by email. You do not need to sign in or reinstall the app.

Email a deletion request

If your email app does not open, write to [email protected].

What to include

  1. Say that you want your SIMochka account and associated personal data deleted.
  2. Include the email address used for your SIMochka account. Send the request from that address if you can. For a guest account, include an order number if available. If you cannot find one, tell support that you used guest access.
  3. Support will reply to confirm account ownership before account or data changes are made. Sending a request does not mean deletion has already been completed.

Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, full card details or eSIM installation codes.

Delete your account in the app

Open the account screen, choose “Delete account” and confirm. If your app version only offers “Request account deletion”, use the email option on this page. Opening this page does not send an email, delete your account or sign you out.

After the server confirms successful deletion, it removes your account and authentication records, purchase history, order and payment records, saved payment references, eSIM installation details and associated usage snapshots from the live app database. You will lose access to that history and those installation details in SIMochka.

If a payment or eSIM delivery is still unresolved, deletion may be blocked until its status is confirmed. Check your purchases or contact support, then retry deletion after the issue is resolved. An unpaid card payment may be canceled as part of this check; deleting an account does not refund a completed payment.

Technical records and external services

A technical record of completed deletion, containing an internal account identifier, status and timestamps but no contact, order or payment details, is scheduled to expire after 30 days. An unfinished deletion keeps the state needed to resume cleanup. Short-lived fraud-prevention counters and verification-token records are set to expire within 24 hours; automatic database cleanup may occur later.

Technical markers that prevent payment requests or activation codes from being reused remain without a fixed expiry. They do not retain contact information, links to your orders or payments, or eSIM installation details.

Account deletion does not remove an eSIM profile already installed on your device or cancel its plan. Payment, eSIM, email and other service providers may keep their own records under their policies. Deletion from the live app database does not automatically erase copies outside it, such as backups or support correspondence. Contact support about those copies or any remaining data.
